General Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is needed to join a prominent group 45 minutes outside of Milwaukee, WI ! We are hiring for General Surgery Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners for permanent full time position with a well known Medical Center in Southern, WI! The surgery coverage includes General and Vascular surgeries. Operating room first assisting and bedside procedures needed. Anticipated patient volume is 3-8 procedures per day. The provider will do initial consults for surgery, follow ups for consults, bedside procedures, OR procedures, and post op follow ups. The provider will be working collaboratively with 4 established surgeons as well multiple APP providers. The newly hired will be working in both a general and vascular surgery department. The role includes rounding in the hospital before clinic. The group prefers a candidate with 2 years of experience but a new grad with multiple surgery rotations and ties to the area may be considered
- Monday through Friday position with no weekends
- Call is 1:3
