(GA Licensed) *INCENTIVE PAY, SIGN-ON BONUS*
Summary: Plans, evaluates, and implements high quality medical care with appropriate resource management to patients (ages 2 and up)
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Obtains complete medical history and physical date on patients
- Synthesizes data to determine preliminary diagnosis and therapeutic plan, utilizing principles of prevention
- Performs a complete physical exam and records findings
- Orders appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures
- Sutures minor lacerations
- Recommends community resources to meet patient and family needs
- Instructs patient and family regarding medications and treatment
- Maintains and reviews patient records and other pertinent information
- Participates in activities/meetings as required to support operations of the urgent care center
- Completes necessary documentation and ensures communication to facilitate patient care and appropriate reimbursement
- Maintains patient confidentiality
Requirements:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- 2 years of related experience; or the ability to practice independently without onsite supervision
- DOT certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire
- RN

Experience:
- EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (Preferred)
- PA-C (Preferred)
- Physician Assistant License (Preferred)
