JOB DESCRIPTION

Otolaryngology APC (NP or PA)

Park Nicollet – St. Louis Park

Park Nicollet Clinic is seeking a full-time Certified PA or NP to join our growing Otolaryngology practice. This is a combined clinic and hospital-based position with care provided in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Responsibilities include managing patients independently and in conjunction with surgeons and performing a variety of procedures with physician oversight.

Previous experience in Otolaryngology is very desirable but will consider candidates with experience in either a hospital or primary care or specialty care setting. There is no call at this time, but this is subject to change.

Ideal candidates must be flexible, have excellent people skills, and work well both independently and as part of a group practice. Candidates must have completed an accredited PA or NP training program and be licensed in Minnesota. ENT experience preferred. Position is in St. Louis Park.

You will be joining a team that is supportive and respectful of one another and deeply committed to the mission of HealthPartners. Here, you’ll become a partner for good, helping to improve the health and well-being of our patients, members and community. Our commitment to excellence, compassion, partnership and integrity is behind everything we do. It’s the type of work that makes a difference, the kind of work you can be proud of. We hope you’ll join us.

BENEFITS:

Park Nicollet offers a competitive benefit package including medical insurance, dental insurance, 401k with company contribution and match, 457(b), life insurance, malpractice coverage as well as CME reimbursement. Our clinician well-being program provides a wealth of information, tools, and resources tailored to meet the unique needs of our health care professionals, including physicians and advanced practice clinicians (APCs). Park Nicollet is a qualified non-profit employer under the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.

NEIGHBORHOOD:

Our specialty center is frequented by many of our patients and is conveniently located in the thriving area of St. Louis Park. A diverse community, St. Louis Park features walkable neighborhoods and beautiful, family-friendly outdoor spaces. There are over 50 parks as well as miles of biking and walking that connect St. Louis Park to downtown Minneapolis and its neighboring communities. Our clinic is also just a five-minute drive to Uptown, Minneapolis, where locals enjoy a popular chain of lakes for walking, kayaking and relaxing with family and friends, as well as many wonderful dining options. We’re also a 10-minute drive from downtown Minneapolis and a 20-minute drive to the airport.
