Nuli Studios is a premier medical spa specializing in anti-aging treatments, such as neurotoxin injections and retinoids. We are dedicated to providing exceptional beauty and wellness services to our clients. We are currently seeking a friendly and motivated Aesthetic Injector (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team. While experience in aesthetic medicine is preferred, those without experience seeking to enter aesthetic medicine are encouraged to apply and will receive hands-on training provided by Nuli Studios.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic goals, medical history, and suitability for various treatments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans, combining cosmetic neurotoxins, prescription retinoids, skincare products, and other modalities as appropriate.
- Discuss potential risks and benefits of each treatment option with clients in a clear and informative manner.
- Obtain informed consent for all procedures prior to treatment.
- Provide detailed post-operative instructions to clients, including expected outcomes.
- Conduct follow-up appointments to assess treatment efficacy, address any concerns, and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
- Monitor for and manage potential post-treatment complications, such as bruising, swelling, or asymmetry, according to established protocols.
- Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately and comprehensively in electronic medical records.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine through ongoing education and professional development.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, including maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the Studio.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure in good standing as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Texas.
- Experience in aesthetic medicine or a related field preferred, but not required. All necessary training will be provided by Nuli Studios.
- Excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of facial anatomy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with a self-driven attitude.
- Ability to take direction and collaborate with the Nuli Studios team to contribute positively to the work environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude, reflecting the values of Nuli Studios.
Working Hours:
- This is a full-time position, you can expect to work between 32-40 hours per week
- Weekend availability is required, however, you will not be expected to work every weekend. The ideal candidate will be able to work two weekends per month.
- Our current operating hours are Monday, Thursday, and Friday 9am-7pm; Saturday 10am-4pm; and Sunday 11am-4pm, however, hours may change with the needs and continued growth of the Studio
Compensation and Incentives:
- We offer a competitive starting rate of $30 per hour for inexperienced injectors while training with our Medical Director.
- With experience, your hourly rate will increase to $45-55 per hour, reflecting your expanded skills and independent practice with opportunities for experience and merit-based increases.
