Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and review of symptoms
– Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies
– Develop and implement treatment plans for acute and chronic illnesses
– Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed
– Provide patient education on disease prevention, management, and treatment options
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
– Perform procedures such as tube feeding, gastric lavage, and administration of injections
– Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
– Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
– Master’s degree in Nursing or related field
– Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the appropriate specialty area (e.g., Family Practice, Pediatrics)
– Minimum of [0-1] years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
– Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
– Experience in case management and coordination of care
– Proficiency in performing esthetic laser treatments (if applicable)
– Familiarity with medical office procedures and equipment
– Ability to perform vital signs assessment and interpret results
– Knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures (if applicable)
– Understanding of sterile processing techniques
