Cancer Care Northwest is hiring a Full-Time Physician Assistant / Surgical Assist to provide providing care to patients in the hospital and clinic setting with our Surgical Oncology team. Incumbent will be expected to be surgical assist with the surgical oncologist, round on patients in the hospital and see patients in clinic for follow up, post op, and procedures such as port removal. Schedule is 5 days per week. No weekend call, but surgical days can run into the evening on occasion.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below. These qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform this job.
- completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program and have a current NCCPA
- current WA state license as a Physician Assistant
- current BLS and ACLS certifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- three (3) years’ experience as a practicing Surgical Physician Assistant
- robotic experience
- experience in oncology

Salary range $121,680 – $170,352
