*Duties*
– Perform physical examinations and record patient medical histories
– Administer injections and medications as directed by the supervising physician
– Assist in surgical procedures
– Interpret diagnostic tests and provide treatment plans
– Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
– Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
*Qualifications*
– Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field
– Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant
– Experience in hospital medicine, neonatal ventilator management, and spinal tap procedures preferred
– Proficiency in vital sign assessment and medical coding
– Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
– Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
