Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our experienced orthopedic physician to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose orthopedic conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Perform office-based procedures and minor interventions.
- Manage patient follow-up, track progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using our electronic medical records system.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
- Strong background in orthopedics, with a particular interest in hand and upper extremity conditions is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in orthopedics is preferred but not mandatory.
