PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

State of Oregon PA licensure

Eugene, Oregon

Full Time, Permanent

Healthcare Recruiters International (HCRI) seeks an Oregon-licensed PA to join a well-established nonprofit organization and work in a low-stress clinic environment with ample time to engage with the patient population.

As the PA, you will be responsible for the continuous and comprehensive management of a broad range of healthcare issues in the clinic. This person will work independently and coordinate care with available resources to ensure appropriate care.

PA will work in a low-volume clinic with high patient Engagement.

PA will handle new patient visits scheduled for a full hour and routine visits planned for 30 minutes.

PA will typically see 10 to 14 patients a day.

PA will have no call coverage and no paid admin. time

PA will provide primary and urgent medical care services to patients in the wellness center,

PAs will offer patients various clinical skills, such as health status assessment, disease screening, appropriate treatment, education, and healthcare guidance.

PA will order pertinent screening and diagnostic tests, asses, find, and implement a proper plan of care

PA for a dedicated community-based clinic setting – Qualifications:

  • State of Oregon PA Licensure, prescriptive drug privileges, a DEA number, and current CPR card.
  • Two years of “clinic” experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.ac
  • Must manage challenges independently and confidently while providing services to individuals in this healthcare setting.

PA Clinic work – Compensation:

  • 40-hour work week
  • Ranges of pay $102k up to $153K but negotiable
  • Benefits include medical, vision, dental, flexible spending, voluntary life insurance, and 401K matching.
