Full Job Description
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests- Prescribe medications and administer treatments as necessary
-Perform P Shots, PRP, Fillers, Botox , IV therapy- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
Experience:- Minimum of [2] years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting- Proficiency in acute care management, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care- Experience in pain management techniques, such as medication administration and non-pharmacological interventions
– Competence in IV infusion therapy for various medications and fluids- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
