QC Kinetix is excited to offer a part-time opportunity for an individual that wants to be involved in our growth and expansion. The individual would work in our Eugene office up to 1 day a week, Tuesdays only and 1 Saturday a month.

QC Kinetix specializes in the use of advanced regenerative medicine to treat arthritis, sports related injuries, chronic pain and hair restoration. We are looking for an exceptional PA or NP to perform orthopedic focused exams and administer joint injections in an out-patient setting for our Eugene clinic. This position is a flexible part-time role and perfect for a highly qualified PA or NP looking for additional income and competitive pay.

Description:

The procedure specialist must be a licensed and certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Oregon.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Is able to perform all appropriate physical exams to diagnose musculoskeletal pathologies.

Performs all treatments for established patients under care, including joint injection and BMAC procedures.

Upholds the highest standards of concierge and regenerative medicine and adheres to the QC Kinetix mission statement at all times.

Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of all conditions treated at QC Kinetix, what treatments are needed to address each condition, and the skills needed to perform the individual procedures for each treatment.

Sees all new patients after intake paperwork has been filled out; obtains an accurate history and physical exam of each new patient at QC Kinetix, including subjective information, objective information, an assessment, and a plan.

Reviews patient records when applicable.

Orders and interprets appropriate imaging studies when needed to aid in diagnosing the condition of the patients at QC Kinetix.

Coordinates with supervising physician with any questions or concerns regarding pathologies to be treated or treatment plan for specific pathologies.

Reviews treatment plan for each new patient with patient advocate.

Follows established QC Kinetix policies, procedures, and objectives.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Licensed PA or NP in Oregon.

Experience with musculoskeletal or orthopedic examinations and joint injection procedures.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

Ability to interact with staff in a team environment.

Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care.

Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.

Required licensing and experience:

– 1 year clinical experience required

– Must be licensed in the state of Oregon

QCK Eugene will provide on site training and training documents. Additionally, there is a two-day required training with our corporate team at our biologics training center in Charlotte, NC (expenses will be paid for by QCK Eugene). This is added training to enhance knowledge and understanding of autologous regenerative medicine treatment options and application techniques.

Daily rate starting $800 per day, plus team and individual bonus
