**Overview:**
Men’s Wellness Centers is seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our specialized healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to men’s health and wellness, with experience in hormone replacement therapy and sexual health, including erectile dysfunction treatments. You will play a key role in helping men achieve optimal health and vitality through comprehensive patient assessments and personalized treatment plans.
**Duties:**
– Provide specialized care to men, focusing on hormone replacement therapy (including testosterone) and treatments for erectile dysfunction (e.g., tadalafil).
– Conduct thorough patient assessments, review lab results, and develop individualized care plans that address patient concerns related to low testosterone, sexual health, and general wellness.
– Diagnose and manage a wide range of men’s health issues, including hormonal imbalances, sexual dysfunction, and age-related health conditions.
– Educate patients on treatment options, medication use, and lifestyle changes to improve health outcomes.
– Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
– Administer medications and treatments according to protocols, including injections and follow-up care.
– Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal care and patient satisfaction.
– Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using our electronic health records system.
– Provide care in a concierge-style setting, ensuring a personalized and efficient patient experience.
**Requirements:**
– Master’s degree in nursing or a related field, or graduate degree from an accredited PA program.
– Current NP or PA licensure in the state of Virginia (or ability to obtain).
– Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
– Previous experience in men’s health, hormone replacement therapy, or related fields is highly desirable.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex health concepts in a way that patients understand.
– Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-focused care.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Familiarity with men’s wellness issues, including testosterone replacement therapy and erectile dysfunction treatments.
– Previous experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems like Practice Fusion.
– Excellent case management skills and the ability to develop long-term relationships with patients.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $129,248.00 per year
