Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetics, patient care, and enhancing the confidence of clients through non-invasive cosmetic treatments. You will perform aesthetic procedures, including dermal fillers, neuromodulators, laser treatments, and skincare treatments while ensuring the highest level of patient safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables in accordance with client goals and medical protocols.
- Perform laser treatments such as hair removal, skin resurfacing, skin tightening, and other laser-based procedures.
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced esthetic services.
- Provide pre- and post-procedure care instructions and ensure client understanding.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatments and any follow-up required.
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and industry trends.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional care, follow-up, and attention to detail.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized treatment area, following all sanitation and sterilization protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and medical regulations in the spa environment.
Qualifications:
- Current Pennsylvania Physician Assistant (PA) license.
- Certification in cosmetic injectables (Botox, fillers).
- Previous experience in a medical spa.
- Prior experience with laser treatments in a med spa or dermatology setting with a strong knowledge of laser technologies and equipment, including safety protocols.
- Expertise in skincare treatments, product knowledge, and the ability to customize regimens.
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and manual dexterity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient care.
- Passionate about aesthetics and staying informed about the latest industry trends.
