Job Title: Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant Place of Performance: The Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), 1060 River Rd, Petersburg, VA 23860 Work Schedule: Eight (8) one-hour sessions per week 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday Qualifications:

- The Physician Assistant must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Educational Program.
- Completion of two years of documented work experience as a PA.
- Possess practical experience, education, and licensure.
- CPR certified.
Tasks:
- Collaborate with staff and consulting physicians to plan, evaluate, and revise healthcare programs.
- Identify early signs of serious physical, emotional, or mental health issues.
- Manage daily clinic operations and conduct daily sick calls, including patient history and evaluations.
- Provide emergency services, including trauma care and life-saving procedures, in the absence of a physician.
- Perform minor surgical procedures, such as suturing, cyst removal, and ingrown toenail repair, after consulting with a physician.
