Full Job Description
Ideal candidate will be fully committed to providing exceptional and compassionatepatient care. The PA /FNP will collaborate with physicians to provide up-to-date medical management to all patients. Scope of position responsibilities:
- Competent in performing comprehensive physical exams.
- Competent in ordering diagnostic & laboratory tests.
- Performs therapeutic procedures; injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care.
- Develops and implements patient management plans.
- Records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care
- Counsel patients on different medical diseases and medical management plans.
- Makes physical assessments, diagnosis and initiates plan for treatment.
- Establishes a collaborative relationship with referring physicians.
Minimum qualifications:
- Education graduate from a Physician’s Assistant or Nurse Practitioner training program.
- Minimum of two or more years of experience is preferred.
- Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants or by Board of Nurse Practitioner.
- Demonstrated user proficiency with computer systems and all Microsoft office softwares
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize work.
