About Us: Gupta and Gupta Pediatrics is a renowned pediatric practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and personalized healthcare to children from infancy through adolescence. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric care and be committed to enhancing the health and well-being of children. As a PA at Gupta and Gupta Pediatrics, you will work closely with our pediatricians and healthcare staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including histories and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
  • Perform routine procedures such as immunizations, wound care, and minor surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current with best practices in pediatric care.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state.
  • Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Strong clinical skills in pediatric primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of pediatric conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,524.00 – $123,180.00 per year
