Responsibilities:- Conduct physical examinations and record patient medical histories- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging studies- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, including prescribing medications and therapies- Perform procedures, such as suturing wounds and administering injections- Provide patient education on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements:- Valid Physician Assistant license in [state/region]- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program- Aseptic technique skills for performing sterile procedures- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation practices- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assess patient conditions accurately- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality- Experience using electronic health record systems, such as Epic or similar platforms- Ability to perform physical examinations and assess vital signs accurately- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members- Prior experience in primary care or a related field is preferred- Interest in clinical research is a plus

Pay: $65.00 – $70.00 per hour
