WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Carry out the vision of Frontier through managing a thriving clinic and business with the support of the Chief Medical Officer and leadership team.
  • Lead practice professionals in delivering exceptionally thorough medical care to Frontier members through a proven process
  • Provide direct oversight and training for advanced practice providers and medical support staff
  • Serve as a liaison between Frontier locations and Chief Medical Officer
  • Recruit outstanding talent who embody the core values of Frontier Direct Care
  • Work alongside the Chief Medical Officer and Frontier Leadership team to hone business processes and help create a thriving medical practice
  • Help Direct Care team resolve complex medical problems
  • Manage area location budgets, inventories, issues, and needs and report directly to the Chief Medical Officer
  • Maintain a culture of open communication and idea-creation by leading weekly “Level 10” meetings with your lead practice staff (set out via the book Traction).
  • Develop and manage regional practice operations budget
  • Ensure that compliance and safety standards are maintained
  • Implement and supervise practice improvement and provide quarterly feedback to lead PCPs

  • Medical license and 3 years of experience a Family Practice setting
