WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Carry out the vision of Frontier through managing a thriving clinic and business with the support of the Chief Medical Officer and leadership team.
- Lead practice professionals in delivering exceptionally thorough medical care to Frontier members through a proven process
- Provide direct oversight and training for advanced practice providers and medical support staff
- Serve as a liaison between Frontier locations and Chief Medical Officer
- Recruit outstanding talent who embody the core values of Frontier Direct Care
- Work alongside the Chief Medical Officer and Frontier Leadership team to hone business processes and help create a thriving medical practice
- Help Direct Care team resolve complex medical problems
- Manage area location budgets, inventories, issues, and needs and report directly to the Chief Medical Officer
- Maintain a culture of open communication and idea-creation by leading weekly “Level 10” meetings with your lead practice staff (set out via the book Traction).
- Develop and manage regional practice operations budget
- Ensure that compliance and safety standards are maintained
- Implement and supervise practice improvement and provide quarterly feedback to lead PCPs
