FT Position: Vancouver, WA
In this position, you will make daily rounds, providing care to patients along with creating relationships with all members of the patient’s healthcare team. We offer an individualized training program to all new hires from our education team, with ongoing support after you are trained.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with Daiya staff and facility leadership
- Provide compassionate care for patients in our facilities
- Collaborate care with the patient’s healthcare team
- Attend facility meetings as necessary
- Complete all documentation in EHR
Required Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted PA-C WA state license, or ability to obtain
- DEA license, or ability to obtain
- National Certification, or ability to obtain
- Experience working in nursing homes is a plus

Pay: $135,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year
