This is a specialized men’s health position. Applicants MUST have previous experience managing Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and hormone optimization.

Applicants without direct TRT/hormone replacement experience will not be considered.

Gameday Men’s Health Schertz is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing men’s health clinic.

This is a part-time position working Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday only. There are no evenings, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities.

Compensation

  • $65.00 per hour
  • Paid holidays when they fall on a scheduled workday

We provide a high-end patient experience with on-site laboratory testing, same-day consultations, and personalized treatment plans. Our goal is to deliver exceptional patient care in a comfortable, concierge-style environment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new and established patients
  • Review laboratory results and develop treatment plans
  • Diagnose and manage testosterone deficiency and hormone-related conditions
  • Prescribe and manage Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
  • Manage medical weight loss and other men’s health therapies
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
  • Collaborate with the Medical Assistant and front office team to provide outstanding patient care
  • Follow all state and federal regulations and clinical protocols

Qualifications

  • Active Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
  • Active DEA registration
  • Active Controlled Substance Registration
  • Minimum of 2 years of provider experience
  • Previous Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and hormone optimization experience is required
  • Experience in men’s health, endocrinology, urology, family medicine, or internal medicine is preferred
  • Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating with our clinical team
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
