This is a specialized men’s health position. Applicants MUST have previous experience managing Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and hormone optimization.
Applicants without direct TRT/hormone replacement experience will not be considered.
Gameday Men’s Health Schertz is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing men’s health clinic.
This is a part-time position working Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday only. There are no evenings, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities.
Compensation
- $65.00 per hour
- Paid holidays when they fall on a scheduled workday

We provide a high-end patient experience with on-site laboratory testing, same-day consultations, and personalized treatment plans. Our goal is to deliver exceptional patient care in a comfortable, concierge-style environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate new and established patients
- Review laboratory results and develop treatment plans
- Diagnose and manage testosterone deficiency and hormone-related conditions
- Prescribe and manage Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
- Manage medical weight loss and other men’s health therapies
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with the Medical Assistant and front office team to provide outstanding patient care
- Follow all state and federal regulations and clinical protocols
Qualifications
- Active Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Active DEA registration
- Active Controlled Substance Registration
- Minimum of 2 years of provider experience
- Previous Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and hormone optimization experience is required
- Experience in men’s health, endocrinology, urology, family medicine, or internal medicine is preferred
- Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating with our clinical team
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
