We’re hiring two motivated Physician Assistants to join our collaborative, supportive team in a modern facility.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform thorough patient evaluations, pain assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Manage chronic pain conditions using multimodal approaches (medications, interventional techniques, referrals)
- Conduct office-based procedures including trigger point injections, joint/bursa injections, Botox (training provided if needed)
- Prescribe medications (including controlled substances) under physician supervision
- Order and interpret diagnostics (labs, imaging, EMGs)
- Provide patient education, follow-ups, and coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Document efficiently in our EMR system
- Collaborate closely with board-certified pain physicians in a team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Texas PA license and NCCPA certification (or pending)
- DEA license/eligibility required
- New graduates welcome
- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, anesthesiology, or primary care
- Compassionate mindset with excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting focused on quality patient outcomes

- You will be apart of an on call rotation, but you do not have to come into the office! You can do your on call duties from home!
