KEY ADVANTAGES:
- The Physician will have his/her own Medical Assistant during every patient visit (no self driving required).
- A dedicated Medical Support Specialist will be assigned to each Physician to assist during every visit and with paperwork.
- No monotonous clinic or hospital environment.

ESSENTIAL ROLE:
Providing healthcare in the patient’s home.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adheres to the highest standards ethics and professionalism at all times.
- Responsible for providing continuity of care in the home to geriatric individuals with limited mobility and limited access to traditional primary care facilities.
- Assesses complex medical cases using a range of diagnostic methods, while actively promoting preventive care and early intervention.
- Communicates effectively with patients, caregivers, nurses, and other providers/vendors as necessary to ensure proper diagnoses and treatment.
- Documents each patient visit thoroughly and in a timely manner, in accordance with HomeKure Doctors of America procedure. Scope includes signing all care plans, nursing communications, medical equipment orders, and all other necessary paperwork.
