Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Neurology & Sleep Medicine
Associated Neurological Specialties and Sleep Disorder Center is a growing outpatient neurology and sleep medicine practice serving Central Texas. Our clinic provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of neurological and sleep disorders, including headaches, migraines, neuropathy, memory disorders, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, sleep apnea, insomnia, restless legs syndrome, and related conditions.
We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Kyle office and work closely with our neurologist in delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient follow-up visits for neurology and sleep medicine patients
- Obtain detailed histories and perform focused neurological examinations
- Evaluate and manage patients with:
- Headaches and migraines
- Peripheral neuropathy
- Memory disorders and dementia
- Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders
- Multiple sclerosis
- Seizure disorders
- Sleep apnea, insomnia, restless legs syndrome, and hypersomnia
- Develop treatment plans under physician supervision and collaboration
- Prescribe medications and monitor therapeutic response
- Review laboratory results, imaging studies, and diagnostic reports
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis and treatment plans
- Coordinate care with referring physicians and specialists
- Document patient encounters accurately within Athena EMR
- Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Texas
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Interest in neurology, sleep medicine, geriatrics, or internal medicine
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with supervising physician
- Experience in outpatient practice preferred but not required
- New graduates with strong clinical rotations and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

Pay: $58,758.43 – $70,762.84 per year
