Position: Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantEmployment Type: Part- Time (Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is clinically excellent, sales-driven, and ready to lead a clinic.
Sales & Patient Conversion — This Is a Core Responsibility
- Serve as the clinic’s primary revenue driver through patient consultation and confident, patient-first sales conversations
- Educate patients on the full menu of Gameday services and guide them toward treatment plans that genuinely fit their goals
- Maintain and grow membership retention through strong patient relationships and consistent follow-through.
Qualifications Required:
- NP or PA degree from an accredited program
- Active, unrestricted medical license in good standing in Texas
- Active DEA Certificate and Controlled Substance Registration (or eligibility)
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
- Proven ability to sell, consult, and close.
- Strong charting discipline and clinical organizational skills; ability to independently manage patient flow and documentation
- Comfortable discussing and prescribing TRT, ED treatments, peptides, and weight loss protocols.
Strongly Preferred:
- Experience in men’s health, hormone therapy, concierge medicine, or a cash-pay clinical environment
- Track record of hitting revenue or patient growth targets
- Experience managing or leading a clinical team
- Pellet insertion and/or Botox experience a plus

Pay: $55.00 – $70.00 per hour
