Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner – Longevity, Wellness & Hormone Optimization

Franklin Skin & Laser is a well-established, physician-owned practice seeking an exceptional Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing longevity and wellness division.
This position focuses on physician-directed health optimization, including metabolic medicine, weight management, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapies, and preventive wellness. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, intellectually curious, and thrives in a collaborative, physician-led environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations and follow-up visits.
- Evaluate and monitor patients receiving hormone replacement therapy.
- Manage patients undergoing physician-directed weight management programs.
- Participate in peptide and metabolic optimization protocols.
- Review laboratory studies and develop treatment plans under physician supervision.
- Provide patient education regarding treatment options, risks, benefits, and expectations.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation.
- Follow established protocols and collaborate closely with the supervising physician.
- Participate in ongoing education and training as this rapidly evolving field continues to grow.
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee PA or NP license.
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience in hormone optimization, obesity medicine, functional medicine, wellness medicine, or preventive medicine is desirable but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while embracing physician guidance and established clinical protocols.
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine, patient safety, and continuous learning.

Pay: $57,500.00 – $100,000.00 per year
