Growth opportunities across Middle-TN will be plentiful. We are looking to build upon our Hendersonville clinic in anticipation of opening our Mt. Juliet location shortly.

Gameday is THE Man Cave for Men’s Health. We specialize in helping men feel stronger, sharper, more confident, and more energized via the following protocols:
- Hormone Optimization Therapy
- Peptide & Vitamin Protocols
- Medical Weight Loss Solutions
- Erectile Dysfunction treatments (Gainswave, P-Shot, Trimix)
- Soft-Tissue Injury Repair – MSK Shockwave Therapy
- PRP treatments – ED, hair regrowth, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THE CLINC (Clinic Director Responsibilities):
- Evaluate hormone health and prescribe plans to optimize those levels – testosterone health, estrogen management, peptides solutions, vitamin therapy, etc – all under MD supervision.
- Perform ED evaluations and recommend treatment plans (Gainswave, P-Shot, Trimix)
- Lead new patient consultations and interpret lab results
- Administer IM injections and PRP treatments (as needed when staff is busy)
- Build long-term relationships with patients
- Work closely with your RN/LPN/MA and front-office team to deliver a concierge experience
- Support clinic promotion and growth initiatives (events, social media content, etc)
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Develop and manage patient and clinic treatment protocols in conjunction with the team

REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed NP or PA (Tennessee required)
- 2+ years experience preferred
- Hormone or urology experience a plus ( however training is provided)
- DEA + controlled substance registration a plus (at minimum, the ability to obtain)
- No active or pending malpractice issues
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $60–$70 per hour + generous bonus opportunities ($125k – $175K annualy)
- FULL TIME: 30–40 hours/week (Tuesday–Friday) / PART TIME options available to start
- 3-day weekends
- No night shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $125,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
