Position: Pre Admission testing Shift: day shift-no weekends! Experience: 2 years Nurse Practitioner ortho or PAT experience preferred Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in PAT or ortho preferred. Education: Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required. MSN Required. Licensures/Certifications: Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required. Require ACLS certification. May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support). Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
