Full Job Description
CONCERN is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team on a contract basis to support our Outpatient Mental Health Offices and Shelter Program in the Berks County area. This independent contractor position offers the flexibility of both in-person care and telehealth delivery, providing vital services to Children, Adolescents, and Adults with behavioral health needs in a community-focused setting.
Position Highlights:
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing psychiatric care for individuals in our outpatient and shelter-based programs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care and ensure client success.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Offer services via telehealth when appropriate to enhance accessibility and continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted license in Pennsylvania as a CRNP, NP, or PA with appropriate prescriptive authority.
- Experience in behavioral health or psychiatry preferred.
- Ability to work independently as a contracted provider.
- Comfort with using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHRs)
- Board Certified preferred
- DEA License must – Required
- CRNP – requires a letter of support from supervising physician
Compensation:
- Competitive pay range of $90–$150/hour based on experience and credentials.
- Flexible scheduling with the ability to design a caseload that works for you.
- 16 hours a week between our Fleetwood, Wyomissing and Leesport locations.
