Full Job Description
CGT Global is seeking PAs, on a contract basis, to perform the following procedures.
Duties and Essential Job Functions:
- Consent patients for donation and answer donor questions
- Successfully complete Bone Marrow Extraction Procedure per CGT Global’s collection requirements
- Administer local anesthetic prior to and during procedure to maintain donor comfort per CGT Global standard operating procedures
- Maintain appropriate patient service standards
- Assess and confirm donor eligibility
- Monitor and respond to donor reactions and/or incidents
- Review of External Infectious Disease Testing (EIDS) and donor notification of eligibility to donate per standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Confer with the Stem Cell Collection Center Physician(s) and/or Medical Director for technical donor safety, eligibility issues, documenting results, and outcomes as applicable
- Complete all training and certifications as required
- Maintain client and patient confidentiality; protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Complete CGT Global and client paperwork with great attention to detail
- Adhere to all HIPAA rules and regulations
- Communicate effectively with SE staff to coordinate schedule
- Follow applicable standard operating procedures for any medical emergencies or adverse events
- Comply with Federal, State, and SE standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Policies
- Comply with requirements related to quality of product, staff, donor safety, and the safe and accepted performance of day-to-day center functions.
Other Functions and Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective internal and external communications between CGT Global functional teams to foster teamwork, enhance operational success and support strategic initiatives.
- Practice Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and participate in continuous improvement.
- This will be achieved through quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and the ongoing review of CAPA observations and improvement initiatives.
- Analyze diagnostic laboratory data
- Assist with injections on an as needed basis.
- Conduct clinical physicals on donors to determine clinical donation eligibility.
- Provide oversight to clinical collection procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Maintain an active medical license to practice in residing state
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with bone marrow extractions
- Hematology License
- Understand regulatory standards, various local, state, federal laws that apply to the business and where to find information on standards and interpretations.

- Active Medical License in residing state

Pay: $85.00 – $250.00 per hour
