Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | Philadelphia, PA

Location: Philadelphia, PASchedule: Monday–Friday | 7:15 AM – 3:15 PMAssignment Duration: August 24, 2026 – June 9, 2027 (Full School Year)Student Population: Kindergarten through 8th Grade

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services to students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. The SLP will deliver individual and small-group therapy, support IEP development, and collaborate with educators and families to help students achieve their communication goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy services.
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments as needed.
  • Develop and implement IEPs for an assigned caseload.
  • Monitor student progress toward IEP goals and maintain accurate session documentation.
  • Manage a small caseload of students.
  • Participate in and lead IEP meetings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Requirements

  • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist License.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (or eligible, if applicable).
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Pay: $65.66 – $71.23 per hour
