THIS IS A GRANT FUNDED POSITION. Job Summary: The Physician Assistant is responsible for providing clinical services and care, primarily providing telehealth care through the Advanced Care for Rural Oklahoma program. Physician Assistant provides primary care medicine services to patients in the outpatient setting which may include in person and virtual medicine efforts in Tulsa and OSU Medicine and affiliated partners in rural Oklahoma. Physician Assistant provide onsite care for patients who adversely react to contrast media used during MRI procedures at OSU Biomedical Imaging Center. Physician Assistant will travel to and engagement with affiliated partners in rural and underserved Oklahoma. This position will facilitate care in accordance with the State of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University policies. This position is a Staff Position within the Department of Family Medicine. Environmental Hazards: Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry less than 25 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- NCCPA certification
- Required ACLS, BLS, PALS certification
- Current State License with current DEA, OBNDD
- Valid OK driver’s license
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Leadership skills demonstrated by participation in local, regional or national PA programs
