We are a multidisciplinary multi-location medical group with locations throughout Oklahoma. We are looking for numerous providers to support our growth.

The exceptional standards to which we hold ourselves has led to overwhelming demand for our services in both in-facility and stand-alone clinic settings. Our current needs include Primary Care, Pain Management, and Wound Care.

This Provider / Director position, along with the Administrative Director are responsible for the complete oversight of our Wound Care Center.

We own and operate our own laboratories, wound care clinics, pain management clinics, supply warehouses, medical equipment and respiratory services groups. We are a completely integrated company giving our providers streamlined processes to improve patient outcomes in immediate and tangible ways; every day.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

· Administration: Efficiently manage the center’s operations focusing on the progress of each new patient care from assessment to release.

· Education: Works directly with the hospital marketing departments to ensure consistent messaging to referring practices within the client’s network.

· Clinical Leader: Coach, Teach, Mentor the clinic’s wound care RN’s on best practices and patient flow.

· Practitioner: Perform Patient Evaluations to develop accurate assessments and treatment plans on Wound Care Patients 1-2 days per week.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Discuss treatment plans with the Interacts effectively with patients, families, team members and others ensuring clear understanding

· Orders and evaluates appropriate laboratory and imaging studies

· Orders appropriate offloading devices and bracing; and effectively documents alternative interventions for pain and wound patients.

· Provide compassionate and respectful patient care

· Be proficient with coding and billing of patient encounters

· Provide ongoing health maintenance, health education, disease prevention and periodic screening for patients

· Provides patient education regarding disease processes and good health habits

· Remains current on Continuing Medical Education and maintains licensure in good standing

· Maintains current prescriptive authority license, OBNDD and DEA number

· Maintains a current knowledge of PA or NP formulary and prescribes medications within the limits of the formulary

· Completes delegated activities and projects within appropriate time span

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

· Board Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oklahoma, required

· Ability to identify diseases and other health conditions based on clinical interviews, physical examinations, and lab tests, and subsequently provide treatment plans

· Current BLS/CPR certification required

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff and the public

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Maintain a high level of confidentiality

Preferred Skills:

· Ability to work within a multiple-reporting ‘matrix’ environment

· Ability to build and maintain trusting relationship with patients

· EMR proficiency – eClinicalWorks, Intellicure, EPIC

· Experience with insurance billing and coding

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year
