Position Overview
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our Pryor clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of primary care, acute visits, and building long-term patient relationships.
You will play a key role in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide primary and acute care to patients of all ages
- Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage chronic conditions and preventative care
- Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and treatment plans
- Perform in-office procedures (suturing, IVs, etc.)
- Collaborate with providers and care teams to ensure continuity of care
- Utilize EMR systems for accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in telehealth visits as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Active Oklahoma license as an FNP or PA-C
- Master’s degree or equivalent training
- Experience in primary care or family medicine
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Comfortable seeing a wide variety of patient types
- Team player with a positive, patient-first mindset
Pediatric experience and telehealth experience are a plus, but not required.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
