Inspiring Wellness Counseling is a LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming private practice serving clients throughout Ohio. With a collaborative team of more than 20 clinicians and psychiatric providers, we are committed to creating an environment where both clients and clinicians can thrive.
We are currently seeking licensed therapists in Ohio (LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC) who value autonomy, collaboration, and providing high-quality care in a supportive, respectful workplace.

Position Overview
This is a full-time position, with full-time clinicians typically maintaining approximately 25 clinical hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing individual psychotherapy services
- Developing treatment plans
- Maintaining timely clinical documentation
- Collaborating with colleagues and support staff as needed
Our clinicians enjoy significant independence while having the support of an experienced administrative and leadership team.

Compensation
$52-$84 per clinical hour

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Ohio licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC)
- Minimum of one year of direct clinical counseling experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain clinical documentation and ethical standards
