Home Care Physical Therapist – Westchester County
New York Therapy and Wellness is expanding into Westchester! Founded by a dedicated husband-and-wife clinical team, we are looking for a Physical Therapist eager to escape high-volume clinic burnout and enjoy the independence of a flexible schedule. We prioritize quality care over raw quantity, offering you localized, clustered caseloads to minimize your driving time along with the full backing of a supportive, therapist-led mentorship culture.

Responsibilities:
- Treat geriatric and/or pediatric patients in their homes within Westchester County.
- Create and execute personalized care plans that debunk the myth that home care is “low skill.”
- Submit clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Communicate openly with the leadership team—we want to hear your ideas and feedback.
Qualifications:
- License: Valid NY State Physical Therapy License (Required).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Experience: New Grads Welcome! We invest in training the right people.
- Transport: Ability to travel to patient homes in Westchester County.
