Experienced BPI Energy Auditor | $80K–$110K+ | NYC & Long Island
Experienced Energy Auditors — We Want to Talk to You.
We are a growing NYSERDA EmPower+ Participating Contractor specializing in HVAC, insulation, air sealing, and residential energy efficiency.
We are looking for an experienced BPI Certified Energy Auditor to join our team and grow with the company long-term.
If you are already performing residential energy audits in NYC or Long Island and are looking for steady project volume, strong earning potential, and a company you can grow with, give us a call.
Compensation
$80,000–$110,000+ annual earning potential
Compensation structure and workload will be discussed directly based on your experience, certifications, and availability.
For the right experienced auditor, we are prepared to offer a very competitive opportunity.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience matters. We are specifically looking for someone who can step into the field and perform quality energy assessments.
- Current BPI certification
- Hands-on residential energy audit experience
- Experienced with blower door testing and diagnostic equipment
- Strong understanding of building science
- Knowledge of insulation, air sealing, HVAC, and home energy efficiency
- Able to complete accurate field documentation and reports
- Professional and comfortable working directly with homeowners
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to service NYC Five Boroughs and Long Island
NYSERDA EmPower+ Experience Is a BIG Plus
If you currently work — or have previously worked — on NYSERDA EmPower+ projects, we especially want to hear from you.
Experience with EmPower+ assessments, documentation, project workflow, and program requirements is highly valued.
