Overview

Our growing med spa in East Meadow, NY is seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our aesthetic team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in aesthetic medicine, excellent clinical judgment, and a passion for delivering natural, refined results.

This position is ideal for a provider who combines clinical expertise with an artistic eye and understands the importance of building long-term relationships with patients through education, trust, and exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers.
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, anatomy, and clinical needs.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, benefits, and appropriate aftercare.
• Evaluate patients and use sound clinical judgment to determine appropriate aesthetic treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment documentation.
• Follow all clinical, safety, sanitation, and infection-control protocols.
• Provide thorough pre- and post-treatment instructions and appropriate follow-up care.
• Build strong, long-term patient relationships through professionalism, trust, and personalized care.
• Stay current on aesthetic products, techniques, technologies, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to provide a seamless patient experience.
• Support patient retention and practice growth through excellent service and appropriate treatment recommendations.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of New York.
• Current prescribing privileges and any other applicable credentials required to practice in New York.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, aesthetic injectables, and treatment planning.
• Excellent clinical judgment and attention to patient safety.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong artistic eye for facial balance, proportion, and symmetry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, professional, and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
• Strong interest in aesthetic medicine and delivering natural-looking results.
