Primary Care Physician (MD / DO)

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to join our outpatient primary care clinic in Brooklyn. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to an adult and geriatric patient population in a collaborative clinical environment.
The ideal candidate has experience in outpatient primary care and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Position Overview
Provide comprehensive primary care services focused on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses, and ongoing patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and medical evaluations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Provide preventive care, annual wellness visits, and routine health screenings
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and monitor treatment outcomes
- Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic studies
- Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant EMR documentation
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Active New York State medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- DEA registration preferred
- Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred
- Experience managing adult and geriatric patient populations preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)

Pay: $130.00 – $160.00 per hour
