Full Job Description
Overview
Mobile Health Care is seeking an experienced, reliable, and detail oriented Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing healthcare team. This role focuses on family medicine and pediatrics and is ideal for a provider who is confident, efficient, and compassionate in patient care.
Shift Option 1
- Sunday through Thursday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Shift Option 2
- Sunday: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Monday through Thursday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with patients and gather symptoms
- Determine which exams and diagnostic tests are needed
- Provide clinical assessments and treatment plans
- Coordinate care with medical assistants and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Deliver high quality patient focused care
Requirements
- Valid New York State PA or NP license
- Specialty: Family Practice or Pediatrics
- Urgent care, primary care, or acute care experience required
- Medicaid ID required
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced healthcare environment

Pay: $90.00 – $105.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
