(1) Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for Primary Care
- Looking for professionals eager to engage patients from a primary care standpoint
- Candidates candidates with a strong background in primary care are preferred but not required
- Involves providing house-call visits to patients within a specific geographic region in North Jersey
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
- Can commute to different locations, including primary care, nursing homes, and rehab facilities.
Specialty/Setting
- Healthcare settings, including in-clinic, outpatient, private practice, telehealth, rehab facilities, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and possibly hospital settings on an as-needed basis.
- Family medicine, internal medicine-pediatrics, internal medicine, and geriatrics.
Qualifications:
- Active licenses/certificates
- Need for an active state license, DEA, and CDS registration
- ANCC/AANP/NCCPA certification
- Master’s degree is a strong advantage but not required
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Pediatric and adult Medicine experience in the outpatient setting strongly preferred

Pay: $115,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
