Physician Assistant – Family Medicine (Outpatient) – New York City, NY (Onsite) – Full Time- Mon-Fri 8 Hours Shift – $130,000-$155,000 Per Year We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary care team. This role focuses on family medicine and continuity of care for a diverse community-based patient population. Title: Physician Assistant – Family Medicine (Outpatient) Location: New York City, NY (Onsite) Schedule:

  • Tue-Sat One late evening on Tuesday Sat 09:00AM–03:30PM
  • Optional Monday overtime
  • No Sundays

Compensation: Pay Range: $130,000-$155,000 Per Year and up to $10k Sign On Bonus! Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $130,000–$150,000

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outpatient family medicine care to patients across the lifespan (ages 1–100)
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, including women’s health services (Pap tests, etc.)
  • Deliver age-appropriate care, including pediatric medication selection and dosing
  • Manage an assigned patient panel in line with quality and productivity standards
  • Develop individualized care plans emphasizing prevention and patient education
  • Demonstrate strong bedside manner—respectful, compassionate, and patient-centered
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including physician oversight and scribe support
  • Order diagnostics, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals as needed
  • Complete accurate, timely documentation (eClinicalWorks preferred)
  • Participate in quality improvement, meetings, and ongoing education
  • Maintain flexibility within a team-based clinical environment

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited PA program
  • Active NYS PA license and NCCPA certification
  • DEA registration
  • CPR/BLS and infection control certifications
  • 2–3 years outpatient family medicine or primary care experience preferred
  • Strong women’s health experience required
  • Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred (majority Spanish-speaking patient population)
  • Community health and eClinicalWorks experience a plus
  • Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented with excellent bedside manner
