Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and possess the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This role involves providing high-quality medical care to patients, including conducting examinations, diagnosing conditions, and implementing treatment plans. The Physician Assistant will also play a vital role in patient education and support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patient health status.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions under the supervision of a physician.
- Perform procedures such as dermabrasion, spinal taps, and other minor surgical interventions as needed.
- Manage data effectively using electronic health record systems, particularly eClinicalWorks.
- Provide care for patients in various settings, including ER, pediatrics, infectious disease care, and senior care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive care.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Strong clinical skills with experience in areas such as ER, pediatrics, infectious disease care, or senior care preferred.
- Proficiency in data management and electronic health record systems; experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus.
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and clinical research methodologies is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80.00 – $83.75 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
