Job Title:Aesthetic Injector – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant | $60–$100/hr + Commission

About the Role:
McLean Aesthetics, a specialized staffing agency in aesthetic medicine, is screening candidates on behalf of a busy, high-end med spa in Manhattan, NY.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA) with 2+ years of hands-on experience who excels in both artistry and client care. The ideal candidate has strong injectable skills, confidence in performing on-label and off-label procedures, and a proven ability to upsell treatments and skincare to maximize client satisfaction and practice growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and related procedures
- Conduct client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide pre- and post-treatment education and care
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
- Upsell and cross-promote services and retail products
- Maintain accurate and compliant treatment documentation
Qualifications:
- Active NP or PA license in the state of New York
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an aesthetic injector
- Skilled in Botox and dermal filler techniques (off-label experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to upsell and support business growth
- Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
Compensation & Schedule:
- $60–$100/hr, depending on experience
- Commission on treatments and product sales
- Flexible part-time or full-time opportunities available
- Work with an established, busy med spa with a loyal client base
