Full Job Description
1. Performs technical patient care, as established by Department of Surgery
2. Performs patient assessments for surgery subspecialty clinics in collaboration with the attending physician
3. Performs ED/Inpatient consults for surgery subspecialties under the supervision of the attending physician
4. Ensures the collection and documentation of admission assessment for all surgical patients.
5. Assists with inpatient or outpatient surgical procedures under the direction of the Attending Physician
6. Ensures the completion of a comprehensive patient history and physical examination.
7. Performs inpatient rounds under the supervision of the attending physician
8. Performs CPR/BCLS/ACLS protocols
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Must be a registered, licensed to practice in the State of New York
2. Must maintain current certification in BCLS
Full -Time (Regular 35hrs) Union: 1199
Days: M – F Shift: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $136,500.00 – $181,450.00 per year
