Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician. Responsibilities:
– Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans- Perform procedures such as catheterizations and airway management- Provide counseling on addiction and primary care services- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes- Adhere to infection control standards and protocols- Deliver care in specialized areas like PICU, infectious disease, and trauma care
Qualifications:
– Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program- Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant- Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)- Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center is preferred- Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and diagnosing medical conditions- Strong knowledge of infection control practices- Ability to provide comprehensive patient care in various medical settings- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $130,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
