Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Orthopedist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, sprains, and joint injuries. The Orthopedist will work in a medical setting to provide specialized care to patients requiring orthopedic treatment.

Duties:

– Perform orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacements, arthroscopic procedures, and fracture fixations- Diagnose musculoskeletal conditions through physical examinations, imaging studies, and laboratory tests- Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s condition and needs- Provide post-operative care and rehabilitation guidance to patients- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care- Stay updated on the latest advancements in orthopedic treatments and technologies

Experience:

– Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery- Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center or similar high-acuity setting- Proficiency in performing orthopedic surgeries with precision and care- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols in surgical settings- Familiarity with coding and documentation requirements for orthopedic procedures- Ability to triage patients effectively based on the severity of their condition- Experience in critical care situations and airway management is advantageous- Knowledge of primary care principles to provide holistic patient care- Skills in dermal fillers for cosmetic procedures (nice-to-have)- Proficiency in gastric lavage techniques (nice-to-have)

Pay: $138,289.00 – $158,533.00 per year
