Full Job Description
Full-Time (72 hours/2 weeks) Fri-Sun 6:00pm-6:30am
- The RN House Supervisor provides effective, decentralized management at either Bethany on University or Bethany on 42nd during off hours. This position will also assess customer satisfaction when interacting with patients, residents or family members. Key in this role is rounding and ensuring high quality care is being given while checking in with and educating (as applicable) direct nursing staff. This position encompasses all aspects of quality life/quality care to ensure optimal care delivery that contributes to the overall well-being of each resident.
– Must be flexible, self-directed, and possess excellent time management skills.
– The incumbent should possess long term care experience; have strong communication skills; possess excellent organizational skills; have leadership experience; be able to follow policies and procedures; be highly motivated
– RN license required
– Position requires flexibility between the University and 42nd campus.
