About the Practice
Join a growing, innovative pain management practice with multiple clinics across North Carolina. The team specializes in advanced, minimally invasive spine and joint procedures aimed at helping patients achieve meaningful, long-term pain relief without relying on opioids.
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated NP or PA to join our team in Fayetteville. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your clinical skills in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Perform and assist with minimally invasive spine and joint injections
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Educate and counsel patients on treatment options and prevention strategies
- Manage your own patient caseload with a strong emphasis on evidence-based care
Clinic Environment
- Outpatient only, no nights, weekends, or call
- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Staffing includes 2 MAs per provider, a shared Lead MA, 3 front desk staff, and a dedicated lab collector
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- Providers maintain hospital privileges, though no rounding or hospital-based procedures are required
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
- Active North Carolina NP or PA license (or eligibility)
- BLS certification and NPI number
- Open to new graduates or experienced NPs and PAs
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced clinic environment
