Community Physicians is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for our clinic setting. This would include, but is not limited to, assessment; ordering, performing, supervising and interpreting diagnostic and laboratory tests; making diagnoses; initiating and managing treatment, including prescribing medication and non-pharmacologic treatments; coordinating care; counseling; and educating patients, their families and communities.
Job Type: Full-time/ 4 days a week
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete all required documentation within 48 hours.
- Maintains current NP licensure as required by the State.
- Participates in learning activities to facilitate maintenance of current practice standards.
- Fosters collaborative working relationships with physicians/staff.
- Reports any concerns or issues to Supervisor ASAP.
- Gathers documentation of needed pt information in HIPAA compliant manner as defined by Community Physicians.
- It is expected the NP will see 10-15 pts per day. Allowances are made for the complexity of the visit.

Must learn to effectively utilize EMR
Must be reliable
Must have good assessment skills
Must have working knowledge of acceptable SOAP format
Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 per year
