This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced ICU APP seeking a dynamic night-shift role with a high degree of autonomy and procedural responsibility while working closely with experienced intensivists and multidisciplinary care teams.

- Pre-round and present during multidisciplinary ICU rounds
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the attending intensivist
- Continually assess and manage critically ill patients
- Perform bedside procedures and manage acute clinical changes
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and medications
- Lead family discussions and care coordination
- Lead Code Team responses and participate in Rapid Response events
- Provide critical care consultation for unstable patients throughout the hospital, including ICU transfer evaluation
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification required
- Minimum one year of inpatient critical care experience preferred
- Comfort managing high-acuity patients independently overnight
- Procedural competency required, including arterial line placement
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical leadership skills

This position has a hiring range of : USD $125,000.00 – USD $192,000.00 /Yr.
